Accessing Online Accounts through Buildium

Our residents enjoy the convenience of utilizing our property management software, Buildium.

• We obtain a prospective resident's email address during the application process.
• After signing the Lease Agreement, we send a link to the resident's email address he or she has provided. This link will allow the resident to set up a Buildium account.
• Once an account has been set up through the link, residents can log into their account to check balances, pay online with an echeck or credit card, set up autopay, or send maintenance requests.
